As you know, online learning tools operating in this field have started to be used intensely due to the distance education applications that have become very popular all over the world today. Today,most well-known all over the world and is one of the most widely used open source course management system Moodle LMS system,has become quite popular with the pandemic process in Turkey.The system basically started off from the concept of "Flexible Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment". It consists of the initials of the words "Modular", "Object", "Oriented", "Dynamic", "Learning" and "Environment".
